In Reply To Ash's kit has bends too - they are simply in the couplers. (n/m) posted by Bernie (NoVA) on February 29, 2008 at 10:14 PM

Message or Tom have 90 degree bends ..the problems that would arise ( if any ) would stem from how the pipes are connected ..

Ash's pipes are sourced to a manufacturer and welded together by machines to eliminate the probability of vacuum leaks. Ash's pipes are pressure tested by the manufacturer to an undisclosed / unknown high PSI.

Tom's are welded by hand which will require dead on accuracy ( the pics look good though ) and consistency for each set that is made ( which is one of the reasons why they are cheaper ). I assume Tom's are pressure tested as well.

I would hate to install the pipes to have a weld break later and then have to pull it out due to a vacuum leak or worse case not know there is vacuum leak and have two turbos performing at different boost levels.
